Refund policy

Because all Hired Hand Design products are customized items, we DO NOT accept any returns for products. Limited replacements due to product quality issues or defects are addressed on an individual basis.  We do not issue refunds for incorrect shipping addresses.  We will resend an order if it is found to be lost in transit by the courier.
